The SDDS is one of the components of the ArtOS artillery fire control system.
It is installed directly on the shield cover of an artillery weapon and provides a display of the data required for the gunner to shoot correctly.
The network security block (NSB) device is used to provide communication to firing positions and the battery commander. The artillery battery includes two types of devices: NSB – for the battery commander with a built-in antenna NSB – for the firing position with a compulsory connection of an external antennas.
